I saw a video on youtube of UFC fighter Diego Sanchez in a charity event with a person who had down syndrome. Seeing him in action hearing the crowd I can honestly say my heart was touched. So I thought what if we all gave a little to charity, the charity of humanity, and just be a little kinder to one another. Acts of Kindness Cost nothing
