Not just menopause.
Perimenopause.
Post-menopause.
In this episode, I welcome my friend, physical therapist and fellow coach Allison Poole to the show to discuss all things (most things) related to menopause and weight loss.
Allison addresses some of the more common questions women have around losing weight in midlife, including specific strategies you can implement that will help if losing weight is one of your goals.
Hint: Strength training is one of those things...
I always find my conversations with Allison to be so informative and I think you will too. If you're not already following her on social media, you can find her instagram here, and you can also visit her website here.
