She disrupts the patterns of trauma, drama, and karma that are implanted at the cellular level by uncovering and releasing stuck behavioral patterns in past and current lives.

From early beginnings with a loving encounter from an unseen presence, Elizabeth has been acquainted with the world of spirit and energy from childhood.

Now she helps individuals release trapped energies stuck in the body that are creating limiting beliefs - trapped balls of emotional energy.

These blocks stop us from moving forward, like being dragged down by carrying around a bag of rocks.
