When We Scatter.
In this episode Faern is sharing about the mind scattering. Not in how to stop it or anything like that, but in how it is described in some Scriptures and translations (ancient texts). She begins far back in time with the building blocks of our lived experiences, moves us through what it means to be scattered or not scattered and more.
In the end she gives us a way to approach ourselves if we do feel scattered.
