This week, Stephanie Rodin chats with her guest, Michael Carbone. The two chat about how shifting political landscapes affect immigration cases, the complexities attorneys face in staying up-to-date with ever-changing regulations, and the heightened anxieties experienced by immigrant families

In this episode, we discuss:

  • Why legal support is particularly important in the current immigration climate

  • The creative solutions that attorneys sometimes need to find for clients

  • How clients react to immigration policy changes or executive orders

  • Why staying up-to-date with legal and procedural changes is critical

Michael T. Carbone is the owner and managing attorney of Carbone Law, a New York City-based law firm dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the immigration benefit petition process and assisting New York State licensed professionals in establishing their private practices.
