Developing talents is often a lot less than you think.

That doesn't make it easy. It just makes it simpler.

You have to make sure that people's confidence to contribute exists.

The actions you take consistently can make or break this. Be careful with some of the enveloping habits you may have.

They are often executed with great intentions but you forget how diverse your people are.

Everyone has a different perspective and set of skills. This doesn't mean you have to be all knowing but it does mean you have to admit you're not.

The best leaders have a great ability to make other leaders and a big part of this process is making sure you are feeding the beast and not starving.

Yes, I just called your business a beast. I mean that in the best of ways.

Make sure your development is more than a training course. It's got to be cultural.

Have a week of growth.📈
