Mental health is a serious issue.
I have experienced episodes where I’ve felt completely incapable of improving my situation. Thankfully, something or someone has come along to help me through the tough time.
Imagine feeling this on a daily basis. This is how it can be when you’re mind is not as healthy as it can be.
I feel for you if you are experiencing this or have before but I also know there are sources of support.
The best source is internal.
This episode is not just about what you can do yourself to “fix” your mental health but it is about ways you can make it much simpler to find joy and fulfillment.
