Scripture: Proverbs 3:24 (NIV) —
"When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet."
Sleep isn’t just physical—it's spiritual too. Proverbs 3:24 offers you a promise: no fear, just peace. You don’t have to lie awake worrying when God has promised sweet rest to those who trust in Him.

Tonight, lay your burdens down. Trust in the One who never sleeps. His angels are encamped around you. His presence is your peace. You are covered, protected, and safe.

May your sleep be sweet, and your soul be still.
