SoulWork Notes

This week’s SoulWork invites you to pause at the threshold of a new beginning. Throughout Scripture, a change of name marks transformation—Abram to Abraham, Sarai to Sarah, Saul to Paul. As Sister Soul Care becomes SoulWork, consider the holy renaming God may be doing in you.

Reflect:

  1. What name, role, or story might God be inviting you to release?
  2. What new name—or new way of being—is beginning to take shape within you?
  3. How can you honor the sacred work your soul is already doing?

Breathe deeply and whisper:

This is the work my soul must have.

A Weekly Pause for Your Soul

Receive my weekly reflections and current invitations — gentle reminders to pause, breathe, and notice God’s presence in your everyday life.

When you subscribe, you’ll also receive a free excerpt from my book From Stressed to Sabbath Rest, plus early access to new resources from SoulWork Sanctuary to help you do what Katie Cannon called “the work your soul must have.”

Until next time, may God bless and keep you, may God’s face shine upon you, and may God grant you peace as you continue your SoulWork.
