Soul Care Notes

Episode 41: Healed and Held

Soulful Psalms of Summer Series

This week’s psalm is a gentle call back to the truth:

God’s love heals, holds, and restores—not just in theory, but in your real, right-now life.

“He heals my wounds, even the ones I buried deep.” — Psalm 103 (Soulful Paraphrase)

Psalm 103 reminds us that God doesn’t love us conditionally.

His compassion is wide, tender, and enduring.

You don’t have to perform to be seen.

You don’t have to be perfect to be loved.

You don’t have to hide your wounds to be healed.

In this episode, you’ll experience:

  • A soulful paraphrase of Psalm 103 written for Black women in need of healing grace
  • A Lectio Divina–style reflection
  • A sacred Colloquy: a divine conversation with Jesus, Creator, and a Wise Woman of Faith—inviting you to imagine what it means to live fully loved

Soul Care Invitation

What would it look like to live fully loved?

What parts of your story need God’s compassion today?

Tune in.

Journal it.

Let love in.
