Called to be Equipped

Scripture: Ephesians 4:11–13

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.”

Explanation:
Christ appointed leaders not to do all the work, but to train and empower others. Ministry is a shared task. When everyone is equipped and engaged, the church becomes strong and united in faith, and the whole body grows in Christlikeness.

Application:
You are not just a member—you are a minister in your own way. Seek out opportunities to be equipped and serve. Whether through teaching, helping, encouraging, or leading, your participation helps the church become all God intends.
