Terra Uranium (ASX: T92) executive chairman Andrew Vigar joins Small Caps to discuss the company's recent acquisition of three high-grade NSW tin, silver and gold projects.

The company has entered into a binding term sheet to acquire 100% of the issued capital of LCT Metals and its two exploration licences in the New England tin province, New South Wales.

The licences contain the Ottery tin mine, Castle Rag silver project and Mole River silver and tin project.

Terra has received firm commitments from a number of sophisticated investors to raise $500,000 before costs by way of a placement to support the acquisition.

The company is planning an initial exploration program to entail compilation of historical and existing data and planning of follow-up exploration to be undertaken in the second quarter. This will include field mapping and sampling to validate identified mineral occurrences to be reported in accordance with the JORC Code 2012.

Terra remains committed to its valuable Canadian uranium assets.
