Charlie Colon is a servant leader. He is the franchise owner of the Chick-fil-A at Southpointe Pavilions in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was recently the keynote speaker at the Celebrating Business Luncheon at Concordia University in Nebraska.

Charlie lives out his faith in Christ through everything he does, operating his business. One of his favorite phrases I often hear him say is that we are to treat people with dignity, love, and respect.
