Season 4, Episode 41: Show Up and Be Heard

In today’s episode, I am talking to Kasi Reid all about understanding our menstrual cycle, and how to live a life in alignment with it.

We dive into the importance of self-advocacy in the medical system, the impact of hormones on daily life, and breaking the taboo around menstruation. We also explore how the menstrual cycle mirrors nature’s seasons, the concept of cyclical living, and how understanding our bodies can help us navigate perimenopause and menopause with more ease.

This is an insightful and empowering conversation about self-awareness, boundaries, and adapting life and business to work with, not against, our natural rhythms.

So let me tell you a little bit more about who Kasi is and what she does...

Through Flo and Thrive, Kasi aims to create a movement empowering women to unlock their full potential by understanding and harnessing their inner cycle and rhythm. After years of struggling with PMDD and depression, juggling single parenthood and a high-pressured corporate job, Kasi reached her limit and said enough was enough.

Through her experiences, she now wants help other women say goodbye to stress and burnout and guide women to live a successful, beautiful life by syncing with their cycles, prioritising rest, and embracing sustainable success.

If you enjoyed this episode or found it useful, then I would really appreciate if you could take just a few minutes to give it a review on whatever platform you are listening on - because every one I get really does make me do a little squeal and a happy dance!
