Stacey Hernandez, an ancestral and multidimensional energy healer and facilitator at Lightbody Academy, explores what it really means to heal your lineage beyond just your family tree.
Stacey shares how growing up watching her mother casually “talk to her people” (her ancestors) shaped her understanding of death as a crossing rather than an ending, and how our ancestors aren’t just “out there,” but woven into our very blood, body, and energy field.
