Rest doesn't always mean sleep.
Today would have been my dads 102 b day
Rest could be, no social media, no calls, no emails, no leaving the house and no driving. Go in your back yard, put your feet in grass without shoes.
We are always on the go and rest is always needed in order for us to be our best selves.
Now I'm not saying you cannot sleep or nap... do what ya body needs.
In today’s wild world, where endless tasks seem to never stop, many overlook the value of quality rest. Quality rest goes far beyond just sleeping well at night or taking brief pauses during the day.
