November moon energy- release, rebirth, transformation
- Breathwork to unclench the nervous system- Inhale deeply. Exhale with an audible sigh. Allow the sound to carry the unwanted emotion or belief out of your body. Repeat 3 times or more if desired.
- Full moon herbal tea and reflection- suggested teas- chamomile, lavender, rose, peppermint. Brew your tea and sit somewhere you can see the moonlight. If that is not possible, light a candle or small lamp to represent the moon. Reflect on an emotional state or belief you are ready to let go of. When the tea is gone so is that emotion or belief.
- Moonlit face wash- step outside or hear a moonlit window. Scoop the moonlight with your hands. Gently “wash” your face with the light, imaging the emotion or belief being washed away. Alternatively, you can place a jar of water in the moonlight and allow it to absorb the moonlight, then physically wash your face with the charged moon water.
- Journal prompt- what is one thing I am done carrying? Write just once sentence, then fold the paper up and imagine the action of folding it allowing the release.
- Grief release- place a hand on your chest and say either generally “you are allowed to let go.” Or specifically what you are releasing “I am releasing the belief that I am not worthy of receiving.” Your body hears you.
