In this episode, Kelsey introduces the four motor centers in the Human Design Bodygraph. The motor centers act as energy hubs that fuel movement, action, and sustainability in the Bodygraph. These centers determine how we generate, direct, and utilize energy, and play a defining role in the mechanics of Type.
We’ll look at the unique functions of the Sacral, Root, Solar Plexus, and Ego centers, as well as how their definitions shape the energy dynamics of Generators, Manifestors, Projectors, and Reflectors.
