In this episode of Your Future Self, I sit down with Dr. Gay Hendricks — therapist, professor, and author of more than 40 books including The Big Leap and Conscious Living.

We explore what it really means to come home to yourself, the power of healing, and the potential that lives within each of us. Gay also shares the 5 cardinal rules of conscious living — practical yet profound guidelines that can help you stop living on autopilot and start creating life by design.

This isn’t a lecture — it’s an intimate, couch-side conversation filled with wisdom, stories, and truths that will stay with you long after you listen.
