This is Francesca’s story of moving from spinal fusion surgery, depression, and numbing with alcohol… to reclaiming her body, her spirit, and her voice.
She started in the fitness world teaching cycle, which eventually opened the door to personal training, Pilates, and the deeper work of embodiment. But the real game-changers were therapy and shadow work — the tools that pulled her out of survival mode and showed her how to actually live inside her body.
Francesca’s been through some deep stuff, but every step led her here — to living, breathing, and teaching from a place of truth, wholeness, and the somatic sister she is today.
