For Natalie from Natalie Gaynor Designs, creativity (specifically hand embroidery) was the key to finding a purpose after feeling really lost when her youngest child started school.

Natalie is a hand-embroidery artist from Manchester. She is passionate about community and using creativity for your wellbeing – bringing people together through stitching. She believes it’s not about being perfect or having the best skills, it’s about the creative process and enjoying the calmness it brings.
