Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tap to support you

Jen says ‘This is a short tap to build your confidence in your version of success. If, like Charlotte, you have had a challenging return to work, and you have some anger or frustration about that, however long ago that was, you might find the tap in the show notes of ‘The difficult boss survival guide’ helpful.

A note from Jennifer and McCanna Coaching Ltd: I invite you to tap along to the videos alongside these episodes whilst taking full responsibility for your health and wellbeing. EFT is a fantastic self help tool with ever growing credibility due to positive results from scientific studies. It is not a substitution for seeking professional advice. If you are concerned about your physical or mental health please consult a qualified medical professional. If you would prefer to explore EFT with a qualified practitioner, get in touch and I’ll share some options.

About Charlotte Speak:

Meet Charlotte Speak, mum of two, change maker and coach for parents in the workplace, and avid theme park explorer.

Charlotte set up Power of the Parent® in 2018 after her own dodgy experiences of becoming a parent in the workplace (several chapters for the book she keeps thinking she’ll get round to writing one day!). Those experiences changed her for life and left her feeling hell bent on changing the world of work for parents and carers.

Charlotte believes that we don’t stop developing if we have a family, it’s not ‘special’ treatment to support parents in the workplace and line managers can play such a pivotal role for their teams, they deserve some help too.

You’ll now find her leading a small but wonderful team (all with their own exquisite specialisms and experiences) to collaborate with businesses who want to attract, retain and develop their utterly brilliant team members who happen to be parents and carers.

From crafting beautifully transformative strategies through to practical workshops, thoughtfully challenging unhelpful narratives and creating space for celebrating the good stuff – Power of the Parent® is the team to bring supportive, flexible and value adding action.

Because who doesn’t want a workplace where people and business can thrive?
