How do we go from policies on paper to real meals on plates?

In this episode of the Zero Hunger Project, our guest, retired professor Cecilia Rocha, continues to show how school meal programs and public food initiatives helped lift millions out of hunger in Brazil. Plus, we talk about the role universities can play in connecting community action with policymaking.

Cecilia explains why laws matter, why political will can change everything, and how community action protects progress when leadership changes.

You'll also hear why treating food as a public good, not just a market product, can reframe the whole fight for food justice.

If you care about building a future where no one goes hungry, tune in and be part of the change. ▶️ What Real Food Security Looks Like in Ending Hunger with Cecilia Rocha (Part 2).
