  • Creating Your "I Am So Grateful" Affirmation (1:25 - 2:40): Guidance on constructing your personal affirmation by stating your desire as if it's already yours, infused with gratitude. Example provided for a loving relationship. Emphasis on using "I am" statements to manifest in the present.
