Do you still find yourself rage texting, rage posting, or lashing out at someone you care about when you get triggered? This is a common challenge among those of us recovering from PTSD. When we do, the downward spiral of shame and embarrassment inevitably follows. What's worse, it hurts the people we love and strains those relationships. They no longer want to talk to us or spend time with us. Weeks later, when you do reconnect, it feels very awkward. You carry on like nothing happened, but they are still hurt.

Today Ty and Kara discuss how to conquer this common challenge, put yourself back in control, and replace the aggression and anger impulse with a calm confidence that will flip the script and have people admiring and respecting you, rather than being turned off and avoiding you.

If you are struggling with your relationships, this episode is for you!
