Drawn to holistic nutrition over a decade ago after discovering all three of her children had food intolerances, Kelly learned how to navigate it as a mum… and then turned it into a thriving clinical practice. She also manages her own autoimmune condition, Sjögren's Disease (pronounced "Show-grins"), using diet and lifestyle medicine. Kelly is passionate about helping people understand the powerful link between food and health… and making it feel simple, supportive, and sustainable.
