1. The Fire Line Ritual Write: “I am allowed to choose for myself.”

Place it near where you make decisions. Each time you see it, pause and ask:"What am I doing because I think I should? What’s another option?"

2. The Hell No Inventory Set a 3-minute timer. Write down:Every obligation you resent. Every “I guess I have to…”

Then circle one you’re willing to change. And cross one off entirely.

3. Speak One Clean No. Say no once this week without apology or explanation. Bonus points if it’s business-related.

This isn’t about raging. It’s about remembering who you are.
