We’ve all heard about identifying and reframing limiting beliefs, but there’s a missing piece most people don’t talk about: how you relate to yourself in the process.

In this episode, I share a powerful story from inside my group program, Bloom, where one client discovered that compassion not criticism was the turning point in shifting a deep-rooted belief.
