This week, I’m joined by the radiant Selena the founder of Pivotal Moments, a certified Human Design practitioner and Life Coach for a deeply honest and empowering conversation about womanhood, identity, human design and the often-misunderstood transition of perimenopause and menopause.

Selena vulnerably shares her personal experience of feeling disconnected from herself during this season of change as well as some powerful shifts that continue to support her through it all.

We explore the emotional, spiritual and physiological layers of this transition; how Human Design can support women in remembering who they are underneath the noise; and why it’s time to dissolve the shame and silence that’s surrounded this part of womanhood for far too long.

Selena also opens up about her experience with hypnosis and subconscious reprogramming, how it helped her build healthy boundaries with ease, and the slow, sustainable transformation that unfolded as a result.
