In today’s episode, I’m sharing a deeply personal part of my journey - navigating the fear of being seen and heard, learning how to take up space, and what it’s looked like to rewire my mind and body to actually feel safe being visible.

This is something so many of us struggle with, often without realising just how much it shapes our choices, our confidence, and the opportunities we allow ourselves to say yes to.
