In this episode of "Roaming with Restless Women," I welcomed Debra Coleman, the host of the "Have a Seat" podcast that she started just before 2020 and COVID and which now has over 50,000- downloads in 62 countries! She is also an Executive Assistant for a non-profit. Debra was drawn to podcasting by her passion for storytelling and elevating women's voices.

Debra reflects on her mother's influence, her love for literature, and the profound connections she's made with other women through her podcast - something she has in common with me!

Our conversation touches on the challenges and rewards of podcasting, the role of AI in helping produce the content that goes with the podcast so much faster, and the importance of embracing one's story. This episode is a testament to what we gain when we share similar experiences.
