That was exactly what came up in my recent conversation with the brilliant Nicky Miklos. We explored something that's been on my mind lately: how do you make sales and grow your business without losing yourself to the hustle?

Here's the thing about smart growth—it's not about chasing every shiny opportunity that comes your way. Nicky put it perfectly: it's about sustainable development that doesn't leave you or your team burnt out and resentful.
