In today’s powerful episode, I’m joined by one of my amazing clients, Sandra – a busy online coach who, like many women, had tried just about everything to lose weight without lasting success. Her story is not only inspiring, but also proof that lasting change is absolutely possible, even during one of the busiest seasons of life. 🧡

When Sandra first reached out to me, she was moving interstate, running her business, and navigating the challenges of perimenopause.
