At the end of the day, it's about getting our teams to be as productive and efficient as possible so that together we can generate the results needed for ourselves and the organization we work for. Your employees have blind spots; in other words, they don't know what they don't know until you can help them see the next relevant step forward for their development. As their coach, you can help them identify the next skill needed for their growth and develop goals and action steps that show them how to achieve the new skill step-by-step.
