Remember who you are... what a concept, right? I had a healer tell me this over a year ago, to which my ego quickly responded to that statement with, "Pretty sure I remember who the fuck I am, but thank you." LOL... On this episode, I share how that statement now makes sense, and that I did in fact forget who I was. Because 2022 was a massive year of spiritual lessons where I stepped off the path of alignment in various ways, one of the ways being that I took down my story on the podcast, and these last couple years I've been coming back into alignment. (interesting that it took twice as long to get back on the path but I guess that's karma for ya) It's been through revisiting the path back home to myself in this way, that I am remembering all over again.

Key Takeaways:

  • We can never truly know who we are if we do not have a relationship with our darkness
  • Our shadows (that we cannot get rid of) are equally us
  • It's within the shadows our true essence and power lies
  • Our wholeness never left
