Greg is a cycling enthusiast and documentary film producer. He’s come to share his inspiring journey of healing through cycling in this episode. He reveals how he embraced cycling as a healthy lifestyle choice and how it allowed him to confront and overcome childhood trauma. Inspired by his cycling coaches, the cycling community, and the memory of his mother, Greg was moved to create a documentary to remind people of the tangible and invisible aspects of human connection and how they relate to healing.
