Today I have my friend Lara Lockwood on the podcast. Growing up in Vista having overcome disabilities she would getting to drugs and alcohol at a young age. Battling with homelessness and many run-ins with the law and severe life-threatening problem with her IV drug, she has been clean and sober for over 7 years. Lara right now is The program manager at Choices (a drug and alcohol facility in North County) and is of service with the 12 step recovery community
