A six-figure launch doesn’t just drop out of the sky.

It takes hard work, smart decision-making, and the willingness to actually solve for the problems you’ve faced before—rather than repeat them.

I spent six months preparing for this launch, taking everything I learned from my hardest year in business and fixing each piece without ego. I busted my ass, but I was also precise and intentional about my energy. I planned for having C minus capacity as I recovered from burnout while still creating a six-figure launch of my mastermind, Reclamation.

Because doing less doesn’t mean not working hard. It means working even harder at the things that actually matter—and knowing exactly why you're doing what you're doing.

In this episode, I break down:

✔️ The strategic shifts that made this six-figure launch feel lighter and more sustainable

✔️ The difference between repeating problems and actually solving them

✔️ Why I treated burnout like an injury and designed my business accordingly

✔️ The power of energy precision—and how I worked with my capacity and my strengths, not against them

✔️ The real, unglamorous work behind a high-revenue launch

If you’ve ever questioned whether it’s possible to scale without overextending yourself, this episode is proof that it is—as long as you know what to focus on.

I can help. Work with me now in private coaching, or join the waitlist for Reclamation - doors open again in September. Visit my website www.marieladelamora.com.
