This is the very first of a brand new mini-series within Voiceworks: Sound Business where Jim Salveson digs deep into the brains of some of the radio industries finest.

Instead of the usual insight on audio news, technology and techniques "Five Things I Leant From Radio" puts some of the industries most influential figures under the spot light to find out what they took away from their time in radio.

The first of these shows features Roger Cutsforth who has a career spanning over 30 years in commercial radio and has seen him worth across most of the major groups and brands in the UK. He also spent some time as the CEO of the Radio Academy helping to shape and educate the industry as a whole.
