After a few heavy weeks of loss and new perspectives on life, we’re leaning all the way into embracing change with confidence this summer!

That started with a Mom’s Night Out at the legendary Gas Lite in Santa Monica, CA, singing some old school jams like Salt ‘N’ Pepa’s Shoop, and led to the confidence boost I needed to tackle other new opportunities I had been putting off for too long.

If you’re in a funk, feeling stuck, grieving, depressed, stressed, or overwhelmed to the max, I highly recommend doing something so outside-the-norm that shakes up your regular routine. I know I needed this and being with my best girlfriends was the cherry on top.
