Today, host Chef Carla Contreras is joined by Pam Covarrubias, a life coach, EFT practitioner, and a fellow podcaster who loves to elevate women and small businesses by helping them grow and develop while staying true to their stories. In this episode, we discuss her favorite ways to enjoy TADIN teas and being a lifelong brewer, all things ADHD and existing in a neurotypical world, implementing EFT for self regulation, and her desire to help others navigate their own world.

We love Pam’s desire to assist others using her curiosity and problem solving skills. Her connection and understanding of neurodiversity gives a genuine and accessible approach to those in need of guidance. Throughout our conversation, she touches on the need for improved understanding of ADHD and how it presents differently in each individual. Learning to live with neurodiversity in an often neurotypical world presents many challenges, and Pam has developed tips and techniques to help individuals develop systems and routines to find a rhythm for life.

Topics Covered:

  • How Pam prepares her favorite TADIN teas
  • The difference between ADHD in women vs men
  • Neurodiversity in a neurotypical world
  • How Pam uses EFT systems to aid with her ADHD
  • The way Pam develops systems and planning tools to help herself (and others!)
  • Pam’s motivation behind sharing her tools with others
