In this episode of the Show Up! podcast, we discuss the topic of neurodiversity with Adam Tobias and Rosie Sherry.

Adam runs Inventum Group, an international talent group that specialises in inclusion advisory work.

Rosie is a community builder and founder, running Rosieland, Ministry of Testing, and the Indiependent communities.

Rosie & Adam share their own experiences and how they have seen positive changes in society's awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity. We discuss how organisations are adapting to better accommodate neurodiverse individuals and the benefits they are seeing.

As leaders it's important to recognise that the 'system' often simply doesn't work for ND team members to be productive. To get the value they can bring you may need to reflect on your own leadership styles and adapt your work environment to recognise their needs.
