How can we become compassionate witnesses of our own journey? This question invites us to explore the multifaceted path of self-discovery and personal transformation.

Taking part in a breathwork ceremony led by recent guest in Episode 140, Sand Symes, I discuss the power of interrupting old patterns. I emphasize the importance of moving beyond awareness to replace negative voices with positive action. Whether through physical movement or engaging with nature, these practices help interrupt familiar conditioned responses, revealing supportive truths.

Throughout this reflection, we talk about the Internal Family Systems approach, advocating for the acceptance of all parts of ourselves. Rather than bypassing uncomfortable feelings, she encourages holding space for them, thereby diminishing self-criticism and judgment. This compassionate approach includes welcoming each voice and emotion as part of a harmonious whole.

I invite you to appreciate and witness yourself daily, thereby anchoring in the energies of self-compassion and grace. We are being encouraged to acknowledge our mightiness and creative power, fostering a gentle reminder that this spaciousness welcomes new energies.

We talk about:

  • 00:00 Introduction

  • 05:31 The Power of Connection and Nature
  • 07:52 Balancing Feminine and Masculine Energies
