Summer's not over yet, and it's not too late to tackle the tough goals still on your heart.

Permanent weight loss and powerful intercessory prayer are possible this season. Spiritual Fasting strengthens both body and soul, preparing you for the deeper mission God is calling you to.

Based on the book, The Gap and The Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy, I am exploring how they relate to spiritual fasting and personal growth.

Focusing on what we lack (the gap) keeps us stuck in negativity and self-comparison, while celebrating our progress (the gain) opens us up to gratitude, confidence, and God’s guidance.

Sometimes, it takes real struggle to get serious. But like David facing Goliath or Moses leaving Egypt, you can choose to jump in—prayer and fasting together. Just like the high dive at the pool - take the leap! Doing hard things changes everything!
