Then, the plaintiffs say the defendant’s friends backed their car into their BMW, denting the door. The defendant promised to pay for the damages but has been giving them the runaround. They are suing for the cost of a new door.

Plus, the plaintiff says he rented an apartment from the defendant, and she would shut the furnace off to save money and forget to turn it back on. He moved out and is now suing for the return of his security deposit.
