The defendant denies owing the plaintiff anything because he claims she failed to communicate exactly what she wanted. The defendant is countersuing for the balance he’s owed for his services.
Plus, the plaintiff says his employee was hired by the defendant to deejay a huge party, but the paycheck bounced, so he’s suing. The defendant doesn’t know why he’s in court because the check was cashed. The defendant says the plaintiff’s services were terrible anyway.
