This week, Joe talks with horror cartoonist Frederik Hornung about Seconds to Midnight: Book One, his new retro pulp horror anthology.

This was a really fun, seasonally appropriate conversation talking about the creepy themes and influences of the book and the various unsettling stories involved. We also discuss some of our favourite horror movies, and how they relate back to Seconds to Midnight.

The campaign is live on Kickstarter until 2nd November at kickstarter.com/projects/986460534/seconds-to-midnight-book-one-a-retro-horror-anthology. Please go support it if you can, as projects like this won't happen without your support. It's vital to their success.

You can find Frederik Hornung and his incredible artwork on Instagram and Bluesky @frederikhornung, and on his website at frederikhornung.com. This is where you can also find previews of some of the stories presented in this first full-length Seconds to Midnight issue.

You can find Joe on Blue Sky @joetalkscomics and on the League of Comic Geeks @joelovescomics
