Does artificial intelligence make wars better or worse? That was the provocative question we asked participants at an AI Expo hosted by the Special Competitive Studies Project earlier this summer. SCSP is, a non-profit whose mission is to help strengthen U.S. competitiveness in artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies that shape national security, the economy, and the way the US fights wars.
