Trey Hardee is a decorated track and field athlete NCAA Champion, Olympic Silver Medalist, and 4 Time World's Top Athlete in the Decathlon and these are just a few of the trophies he's earned. Known for determination, perseverance, and dedication to his craft, he faced and overcame many challenges in his athletic career. Today I had the opportunity to chat with him not just about his career but also his transition into "retirement, "the ups and downs of parenthood, and balancing work, athletics, and family. Trey is a great dude. Even though we had never spoken beforehand, this conversation felt like catching up with an old friend. I couldn't have enjoyed it more.
