This will be another in my Constitutional Minute series, a comment on the shenanigans in California.
Rush Limbaugh famously remarked, “California is where the future happens first." We may be in more trouble than we imagine.
I have been reading from page 172
Any “sanctuary state or city” may be presumed to be in rebellion, and that’s not permitted…

Miss Cornwall told us she was going to teach us The King’s English — it wasn’t true of course, but the leading manual of the day was titled The King’s English (by Fowler, 1926). I own a copy of the revised 1953 edition, reprinted in 1985.
It belongs on my desk, alongside a Websters’ New Collegiate Dictionary, Zinner’s manual of writing, and finally a French/English dictionary. Lest you might ask, the Dictionary I favor includes Thasuarus notations.
